We saw a maintenance industry that was often reactive, where corners were cut and “good enough” became the standard. That didn’t sit right with us because facilities matter. Our History & Growth
Our journey began in 2009 as a residential painting and drywall business. In 2019, we expanded into the commercial sector. By 2020, we launched our full facility maintenance operations, bringing a proactive approach to property care. While we started in Florida and Georgia, we have grown to provide dependable facility maintenance and specialized warehouse solutions across the entire USA.
