“I started Foersch Contracting because I believed there was a better way to serve commercial properties. Too often, maintenance is reactive, and problems are ignored until they become urgent. That never aligned with my values.

My faith teaches me that integrity matters even when no one is watching, and that excellence honors God. Our Operating Standard
We approach every property with a steward’s mindset, treating your facility as if it were entrusted to us personally. We follow the standard set in Colossians 3:23: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord”. This isn’t just a verse; it is our operating standard.
